Another important function in the CG Box is processing RMA. If parts must be returned to the vendor, the customer can send a request for an RMA to the vendor through the CG Box.
When the customer clicks “Add Request for RMA,” the adding interface will open. An RMA can be created from a SO or Invoice, so input a SO# or an Invoice# and click “Add” to add an RMA:
By clicking “Add,” an RMA is created and the updating RMA interface is open as follow. Customer can revise the quantity and other information of the returned parts here, and then click “Update” to confirm the RMA:
